Attend Public Consultation for 1930 - 1938 BLOOR ST WEST AND 3, 5 & 21 QUEBEC AVE.
An application is submitted to permit a 17-storey mixed-use building, containing 144 dwelling units (of which 12 are rental replacement units) and 380 square metres of non-residential gross floor area.
This goes against guidelines of the Bloor West Village Avenue Study, which limits heights on Bloor to 8 storeys max, from Clendenan Ave. to Keele St.

Attend the upcoming online public consultation on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM and remind the City that this proposed development is not in consistency with the vision and guidelines of Bloor West Village Avenue Study.
