The High Park Tenants Association (HPTA) represented all tenants affected by the application. These buildings include: 35, 65, and 95 High Park Avenue, and 66 Pacific Avenue.

After a delay of nearly 37 months, the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) will review that Application at a virtual Case Management Hearing (CMH) on December 15, 2022.
