Updated Protocol for Complaints from Tenants

With HPTA volunteers busy fighting the ongoing Above Guideline Rent Increases, we have developed a basic reporting protocol to help tenants quickly report (and hopefully resolve) matters of complaint with Vertica and Minto.

The protocols have been posted under the “Resources Tab” on the HPTA website.
