Minto has informed the HTPA of the second AGI application for capital expenditures done in 2012. The first AGI pertained to capital expenditures done in 2011. Our paralegal and AGI Committee are working on this AGI. This AGI is the second in a series of three AGIs to recover capital expenditures done by Minto. There will be a third AGI in 2014. For many Minto tenants, rents have become too high and this undermines the work done by Minto to build communities.
